These Terms apply to all use of the App and Services. By using the App, you confirm that:

Sendlio reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication within the App or on our official channels.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or App features at any time without liability.

User Accounts & Information

To access certain Services, you must create a User Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Sendlio is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by Users.

What You May Not Do

You agree not to use the App to create, distribute, or promote content that:

• Is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes violence, threats, or physical harm
• Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Violates the rights, safety, or privacy of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

Suspension or Termination

Sendlio may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity poses legal, security, or operational risk
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Inactive accounts may be permanently deleted after extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, associated data may be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sendlio provides the App and Services "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of data, profit, reputation, or opportunity

Your Responsibility to Us

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendlio, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content or actions associated with your account

Ownership & Rights

All content, software, design, trademarks, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Sendlio. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Modify or create derivative works
• Extract or reuse App data without permission
• Interfere with App security or infrastructure

Confidentiality & Security

While we implement reasonable security measures, no internet-based system is completely secure.

You acknowledge that transmissions made through digital networks may be subject to risks outside our control. Sendlio is not responsible for losses resulting from such transmissions.

Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only.

Sendlio does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their policies or practices.

No Affiliation Disclaimer

Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for unused time or mid-period cancellations, except where required by law

Subscription providers may apply their own refund policies at their discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
