App
The Sendlio mobile application available via supported app stores.
User / Member
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the App.
Services
Features provided by Sendlio that allow users to create, manage, schedule, and organize digital communications and related activities.
User Account
An account created by a User to access Sendlio Services.
Recipient
Any individual who may receive messages, notifications, or communications initiated by the User through the App.
These Terms apply to all use of the App and Services.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old
You are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
Sendlio reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication within the App or on our official channels.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or App features at any time without liability.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To access certain Services, you must create a User Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Sendlio is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by Users.
You agree not to use the App to create, distribute, or promote content that:
Is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
Infringes intellectual property rights
Promotes violence, threats, or physical harm
Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or abuse
Violates the rights, safety, or privacy of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
Sendlio may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
Your activity poses legal, security, or operational risk
Required by law or regulatory authorities
Inactive accounts may be permanently deleted after extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, associated data may be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sendlio provides the App and Services “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of data, profit, reputation, or opportunity
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendlio, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Content or actions associated with your account
All content, software, design, trademarks, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Sendlio.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Modify or create derivative works
Extract or reuse App data without permission
Interfere with App security or infrastructure
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no internet-based system is completely secure.
You acknowledge that transmissions made through digital networks may be subject to risks outside our control. Sendlio is not responsible for losses resulting from such transmissions.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only.
Sendlio does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their policies or practices.
Sendlio is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party messaging or communication platforms.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Subscription fees are billed in advance
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for unused time or mid-period cancellations, except where required by law
Subscription providers may apply their own refund policies at their discretion.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
